Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a production portfolio.
• Experience shipping AI-first features using MCP servers.
• Hands-on with funnel analysis and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive features from problem framing through to experimentation.
• Build next version of LaunchDarkly's onboarding.
• Analyze and instrument the growth funnel.
