Job summary

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICs critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is building a founding team to create high-throughput, latency-obsessed services that inspect live traffic and analyze TLS in the data path. This role demands demonstrable AI proficiency and production-grade delivery from day one.

You will own end-to-end capabilities, set technical direction, and drive production readiness with strong control over latency, reliability, and observability in a real-world environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years building and operating production services and front ends.
• Hands-on experience with TLS MITM inspection and edge cases in live traffic.
• Proven track record taming latency in streaming and distributed systems.
• Strong command of a modern backend language (Go, Rust, or TypeScript/Node) and React/TypeScript on the frontend.

Responsibilities

• Take a capability from rough idea to production and keep it healthy with latency and reliability targets.
• Own the outcome end-to-end: design, build, ship, and operate the system in production.
• Set technical direction for your area and lead other engineers through the process.
