Job summary

Murphy Talent Group is seeking Full Stack Product Engineers to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for a leading fintech platform in San Francisco, CA. This role spans product, engineering, and customer domains, with ownership of design, deployment, and iteration of AI-enabled workflows.

You will design backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, partnering with customers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable software in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend, APIs, databases and cloud environments.
• Experience shipping production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows, or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong systems design skills focusing on reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience coordinating across product development, customer requirements and technical implementation.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript or equivalent modern technologies.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ownership-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered products: design, implement and deploy production software powering intelligent workflows and customer-facing AI experiences.
• Develop core systems and integrations: build backend services, APIs, data pipelines and workflow orchestration for scalable AI-driven operations.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders: translate requirements, support deployments and drive adoption of the platform.
• Drive product and platform evolution: own projects end-to-end from concept to deployment, iterating on real usage patterns.
