You will work on AI-powered evaluation, creator matching infrastructure, and campaign automation pipelines, building internal tools to boost team efficiency. You should bring strong CS fundamentals, a full-stack skill set, and a startup mindset, and you will collaborate closely with the CTO to ship high-impact features in a dynamic

Qualificações

• Shipped side projects, competitive programming, or demonstrated raw ability.
• Strong CS fundamentals from top programs or equivalent proof of skill.
• Full-stack capability across the stack from database to deployment.
• Experience with AI-enabled tooling and modern frontend/backend tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and deployment of core systems from end to end.
• Build AI-powered evaluation and automation features.
