Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production web applications with full-stack ownership.
• Strong React and TypeScript with modern state management and CSS competence.
• Server-side Python/Node.js with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Solid PostgreSQL experience including schema design and migrations.
• Cloud infrastructure experience and Docker with CI/CD.
• Demonstrated AI-forward development using LLM APIs.
• Security-minded engineering practices and secure-by-default mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end to end across a React/TypeScript frontend and Python or Node.js services.
• Model data and design APIs with clear contracts and sane migrations.
• Build AI-native product capabilities: LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, retrieval over engagement data, and structured output.
• Use AI coding tools in development while maintaining responsible review processes.
• Automate internal engineering and security workflows to scale researcher efforts.
• Write secure code by default: authentication, authorization, secrets handling, and dependency hygiene.
• Participate in code review as both author and reviewer to raise standards.
• Deploy and operate containerized services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and on-call ownership.
• Collaborate with security researchers, auditors, and product stakeholders to translate domain expertise into usable software.
• Contribute to technical direction—framework choices, architecture, and documentation of decisions.
