Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-systems experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Rust, or similar languages.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and their strengths/weaknesses.
• Desire to own products end-to-end from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product experiences spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design AI-powered workflows adaptable across many teams and codebases.
• Find novel ways to apply AI to reduce friction in the SDLC.
• Collaborate with product, design, and research to translate insights into shipped features.
• Work directly with users including OpenAI developers and external teams to validate solutions.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of the systems and workflows.
