Job summary

First Solar seeks an experienced full stack engineer to design and build AI-powered web applications using React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on Azure. You will collaborate with data scientists to deploy LLM-based solutions and develop data pipelines.

This role emphasizes scalable architectures, CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, and strong security practices, ensuring reliable and secure production deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/Software/Data Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, LLMs, Azure, and DevOps is highly preferred.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack AI-powered web applications.
• Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure with React/TypeScript frontends and Python/FastAPI backends.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and ML models into production applications.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from SQL databases and external APIs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
