Job summary

Massive is seeking a Product Engineer to help define how product development works in an AI-first world. This cross-functional role combines frontend engineering, product judgment, and UX sensibility, using AI as a core element in thinking, building, and iterating.

You'll work across problem framing, experience design, and implementation to deliver new user experiences end to end, with ownership and close collaboration with product, design, and QA to shape intent, quality, and direction.

Qualifications

• Proven frontend engineering track record with React and TypeScript.
• Ability to ship end-to-end frontend experiences with polish.
• Strong product judgment and UX sensibility.
• Experience using product analytics tools to define signals.
• Comfort with uncertain problems and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from hypothesis to shipped experience.
• Use AI extensively to prototype and iterate UX ideas.
• Design and build complete user experiences from interaction to production frontend code.
• Start small bets and ship early versions to learn.
• Iterate based on real-world usage and feedback.
• Partner with product, design, and QA to clarify problems and maintain coherence.
