The role blends product design with front-end engineering, requiring strong craft in typography, layout, color, motion, and performance, with direct exposure to real learners and iterative pilots.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped products with UI design and implementation.
• Experience designing front-end systems and design language.
• AI-native design and coding experience and willingness to build automations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build front-end experiences used by learners to learn, practice, get feedback, and track progress.
• Create the product's design language and its implementation: typography, layout, color, motion, and component system.
• Design in code, iterate quickly based on learner interaction and pilots.
• Set and maintain quality bar for performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Collaborate with learners and the founding team to shape the one-to-one learning experience.
• Own experiences end to end from design through production release.
