Qualifications

• Has taught a skill in classroom, corporate training, or course creation.
• Deep understanding of instructional design and learning science fundamentals.
• Experience building learning products with AI tools and light engineering.
• Ability to create interactive, applied learning experiences without relying on credentials alone.
• Excellent writing and editing of English learning content.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences — practice tasks, explanations, feedback, assessments — grounded in how people actually acquire skills, and build them into the product.
• Translate pedagogy into specifications AI systems can execute.
• Set and hold the quality bar for AI-generated teaching content; define mechanical quality and build checks.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools; build working learning experiences.
• Work with learners directly: watch sessions, run pilots, iterate.
• Collaborate with the founding team on teaching quality.
