Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Google Drive and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage shipments booked through automated systems and AI workflows.
• Verify carrier information, compliance, and shipment details prior to dispatch.
• Track shipment activity and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, account managers, and internal departments regarding shipment updates or service issues.
• Resolve transportation and operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Audit current AI workflows and identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
