Job summary

Truelancer AI is seeking an experienced FP&A professional based in the United States to handle financial modelling, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting in an AI-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Google Sheets/Slides/Docs and comfortable editing JSON files and using GitHub for code-related updates. This is a project-based/contract position requiring strong analytical and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience required.
• Strong hands-on skills in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Experience with forecast variance analysis and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Familiarity with editing JSON files and Git/GitHub workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models, forecasts, and analyses.
• Perform forecast variance analysis and identify key financial trends.
• Conduct vendor spend and headcount reconciliations.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Work with Google Sheets/Slides to analyze and present data.
• Review and edit JSON files and manage commits via Git/GitHub.
• Operate AI agent environments and provide support for AI evaluation.
