Job summary

Adobe Finance is seeking a senior finance professional to redefine FP&A workflows through AI-enabled tools and modern data infra. You will bridge Finance, Strategy, and AI to scale decision-making and drive insights across product, sales, and operations.

You will work with large datasets, design scalable analytics, and partner with cross-functional leaders to shape future Finance capabilities. This role requires 7+ years in FP&A or related fields and a strong data mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or analytics with enterprise software experience preferred.
• Experience transforming FP&A workflows with AI-enabled tools and modern analytics platforms.
• Hands-on data manipulation using SQL/Python; comfortable with ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, AI-forward FP&A and redesign core workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Navigate complex data ecosystems from CRM, ERP, billing, and product usage.
• Identify and develop AI use cases delivering measurable business value.
• Serve as a change agent, moving Finance to a decision-centric model.
• Partner with senior leadership to align Finance AI priorities with business strategy.
