Banyan Software seeks an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the critical interface between the AI Application Modernization Factory and our application teams. The FDE will be embedded within delivery teams to drive modernization, ensure technical success, and promote AI‑assisted SDLC adoption across projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise apps.
• Strong full‑stack skills across frontend, backend, DB, and infra.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
• Cloud native experience on AWS and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of microservices, serverless, and DDD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with application teams to lead modernization and re-platforming into AWS cloud‑native architectures.
• Drive AI‑First SDLC adoption and upskill teams using AI tools.
• Provide consultative engineering and change management to remove bottlenecks.
• Make hands‑on code contributions: focus on CI/CD, IaC, and integration.
• Relay feedback to the central team to improve factory capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Twelve‑Factor App, DevSecOps, and quality standards.
