Abridge is seeking a Finance & Strategy Lead to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic reporting in a fast-growing AI healthcare company. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and support executive decision-making.

You will lead automation efforts, enhance close processes, and contribute to investor communications, reporting to the Finance Leaders. Abridge values ownership, learning, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services, Investing, Management Consulting or related field with technical accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and/or deal diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgeting cadence and variance analyses.
