Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 6+ years of applying KPIs to analyses
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• 6+ years of continuous improvement projects to scale controllership with measurable results
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to provide financial insights that optimize costs and drive business performance
• Develop and utilize AI-powered dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis
• Partner with operations teams to validate business case assumptions, track performance metrics, and contribute to automated reporting
• Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to remediate gaps, ensuring reporting accuracy
• Collaborate across finance, operations, supply chain, and technology teams to develop standardized investment evaluation processes and financial playbooks
