• Hands-on development experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Experience building automation scripts, data pipelines, or system integrations.
• Experience working with APIs and structured data (JSON, REST).
• Demonstrated ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
• Experience working within or supporting Finance, FP&A, or related environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to debug and support production automation solutions.
• Experience embedding AI or advanced analytics into workflows.
• Familiarity with finance systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation for FP&A workflows.
• Code, build integrations, and automate monthly reporting production and forecasting.
• Create data pipelines to extract, transform, and load financial data between systems.
• Develop API integrations connecting finance systems, reporting tools, and AI services.
• Prototype solutions quickly and move to production with controls.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing automation and reporting solutions.
• Embed AI capabilities into finance workflows, including automated commentary and anomaly detection.
• Own the full lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
