Qualifications

• HOLD a valid and active Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the specified curriculum.
• Criminal history and child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 151 and FBI).
• Experience developing AI-related projects or curriculum.
• Familiarity with AI education platforms or resources.
• Experience with project-based learning or competency-based education.
• Experience with data analysis and using data to inform instruction.
• Experience with coding competitions or extracurricular computer science activities.
• Additional or alternative qualifications as determined by the board/superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Implementation (AI-focused).
• Design, develop, and implement AI-integrated CS curricula.
• Develop project-based learning experiences applying CS and AI.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate AI across subjects.
• Update curriculum to reflect AI and CS advances.
• Align curriculum with national and state standards.
• Personalized Learning and Instruction using data-driven insights.
• Differentiate instruction and provide personalized support.
• Foster student ownership of learning and reflection.
• Project-Based Learning Facilitation from ideation to presentation.
• Mentor students in project lifecycles and teamwork.
• Provide timely feedback and assess with rubrics.
• Assess learning with competency-based assessments.
• Integrate software, hardware, and AI tools into instruction.
• Guide ethical use of AI technologies and stay current with trends.
