Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead high-impact F&A transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend finance domain mastery with AI fluency, agentic technologies, and ERP ecosystems to shape deals from origination through delivery and to build CFO/CAO relationships.

This senior, client-facing role requires selling, shaping, and delivering large-scale transformations while advancing AI-first operating models and ERP deployments. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation experience in consulting or Managed Services.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programme into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A), leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration within that domain.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function; elevate the firm's presence at industry forums.
