Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Functional ERP Engineer to leverage analytics, automation, and agentic AI to optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) and FCCS. You will architect AI-powered solutions to accelerate the close, improve reporting accuracy, and reduce manual touchpoints across finance data processes.

You will design dashboards, build data models, and implement integrations (OIC/Boomi) to connect Oracle Financials with adjacent systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation and finance systems engineering.
Deep domain expertise in FP&A, Accounting, and month-end close processes.
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/OTBI).
Oracle Cloud Financials certification desirable; AI or data engineering credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) and FCCS within EPM cloud.
Lead end-to-end enhancement cycles: requirements, design, build, test, hypercare.
Design and manage OTBI, FRS, and Smart View reporting; build semantic layers for finance analytics.
Develop and maintain OIC/Boomi integrations and REST/SOAP connections with adjacent systems.
Partner with Finance to streamline monthly close and accelerate audit cycles through automation.
Ensure data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and audit-readiness across data flows.
Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
