ECI Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Builder - Product Manager for our Lumber & Building Materials suite. You translate ambition into executable mission specifications, replacing traditional PRDs with structured agent goals, constraints, and evals to ship quickly with confidence.

You will define end-to-end workflows, work with Industry PMs and Value Stream PMs to align strategy with measurable metrics, and ensure the ERP roadmap delivers real customer value through AI-enabled prioritization.

Qualifications

• Experience translating ERP business logic into product requirements.
• Proven ability to define measurable success criteria and acceptance tests.
• Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, QA, engineering).

Responsabilités

• Write mission briefs and replace PRDs with structured agent instructions.
• Encode business logic as system prompts and agent constraints.
• Define ground-truth eval data and rubrics for ERP workflows.
• Turn 'what if we automated X' into a working proof-of-concept prompt chain.
• Own modernization backlog by prioritizing legacy modules with AI insights.
