ECI Software Solutions, Inc. seeks a Builder 2 focused on Residential Home Construction products to translate ERP business logic into executable agent missions. You will define missions, constraints, and eval rubrics and partner with PMs to drive measurable value.

You will use AI to synthesize user research, translate SME knowledge, and craft ground truth definitions for agent outputs, ensuring deterministic, testable behavior that scales across workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex ERP business logic into agent instructions.
• Familiar with LLM-driven research synthesis and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to define testable evals and ground truths.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Write the mission briefs by replacing traditional PRDs with structured Mission Specifications and agent goals.
• Encode the business logic by translating SME knowledge into system prompts and constraints.
• Define the ground truth and co-build eval datasets the QA Builder uses to verify agent output.
• Turn proposed automation ideas into working proofs-of-concept prompts quickly for evaluation.
• Own the modernization backlog by prioritizing legacy modules based on strategy objectives.
• Understand the stack (SQL, LangChain/Graph, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, DSPy, GitHub) to spec it precisely.
