Job summary

Dotwork is hiring professionals with deep domain expertise to diagnose client needs and build AI-powered solutions on the Dotwork platform. You will partner with customer leaders to translate requirements into technical specs and guide AI-driven development from prototype to production.

Ideal candidates excel at translating business goals to technical action, configuring platforms, and presenting actionable findings to executives. A proactive, collaborative, and adaptive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in at least one core domain.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of problems.
• Experience directing AI tooling and platform configuration.
• Ability to document reasoning behind consequential decisions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose gaps in how a domain runs with customer stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and architecture.
• Configure and administer the Dotwork platform and related systems.
• Direct build using AI tools from prototype to production.
• Demo prototypes to stakeholders and communicate value.
• Maintain engagement records, deliverables and learnings.
• Turn repeatable parts into reusable workflows for future engagements.
• Present findings to executive stakeholders in actionable language.
