Job summary
Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an Enterprise Technology Lead to oversee advanced enterprise technology coordination and portfolio enablement within the CTO division. The role requires broad knowledge of AI, cloud platforms, data integration, security, and multi-vendor collaboration to drive coordinated execution with architects and delivery teams.
The candidate will translate technology direction into actionable plans, ensure adherence to standards, and communicate risks
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Experience coordinating across vendors and large-scale technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT AI projects, coordinating, planning, and scheduling during development and implementation stages.
- Develop IT roadmaps for the agency addressing business process and technology improvements.
- Analyze problems, propose technical/product strategies, and align designs with enterprise standards.
- Support vendor technical strategies, project plans, and executive reporting.
