Feathery is hiring a Product Marketing Manager in San Francisco to own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, and the voice of the customer. You’ll craft messaging and enablement that translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to shape market strategy, influence product direction, and drive customer adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives.
• Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Deep curiosity about customers and how they evaluate and buy technology.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Feathery’s core messaging, positioning, and value propositions across insurance and wealth management.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches, including enablement and launch execution.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to bring new capabilities and use cases to market.
