Job summary
Polluxa, Inc. seeks a senior program leader to drive enterprise software and platform programs across multiple Agile teams. You will manage roadmaps, critical paths, risks, budgets, and delivery metrics across releases, aligning stakeholders and executives on trade-offs.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years (or 6+ years with a Master’s) in program delivery, PMI/SAFe ITIL certs, and proven ability to lead globally distributed teams with complex programs leveraging AI-enabled automation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years or more in program delivery with Agile/SAFe.
- Experience guiding multi-team programs and roadmaps.
- Ability to translate complex data into executive summaries.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience with AI/automation in delivery and operations.
