Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Platform Engineer to build secure, reliable, AI-enabled workforce technology across identity, endpoints, SaaS, collaboration, network, and office IT.

You will turn policies, runbooks, telemetry, and employee needs into practical automations and self-service experiences that reduce manual work and improve the employee experience. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners while building ownership of defined platform

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of identity and access concepts including SSO, MFA, least privilege.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows with modern device management.
• Ability to script and integrate systems via APIs and workflows.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Experience with incident and change management and root cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and support automations for joiner, mover, and leaver flows and access requests.
• Support identity and access capabilities including SSO, MFA, least privilege.
• Operate zero-touch device provisioning for macOS and Windows.
• Use AI tools and event-driven patterns to improve platform operations.
• Create self-service experiences, runbooks, and enablement content.
• Add telemetry, logging, and dashboards to test and monitor automations.
• Participate in Tier 2/3 incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Security, GRC, People, Finance, IT Service Delivery, and platform owners.
