• Oversee incident management, escalation, and on-call governance with SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, SRE, cybersecurity, and business teams to improve resilience and user experience.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to automation, alerting, and operations.
