Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of AI/automation in financial services.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot and Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-enabled business workflows embedded in lines of business.
• Collaborate with AI governance and central teams for scalability.
• Research, document, and validate AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Develop solutions using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Azure services.
• Drive AI ideation, sprints, and rapid prototyping for business impact.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate with a wide audience.
