Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to partner with engineering teams, identify AI opportunities, and lead the deployment of AI-enabled tools across product development and testing processes. You will drive adoption, improve data quality, and support multiple engineering functions globally.

You will design AI-influenced workflows, collaborate with IT on security and governance, and help scale AI solutions that accelerate speed to market and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, CS, or similar discipline.
• 5-10 years in product or process development engineering.
• Track record applying AI to improve workflow, efficiency, or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities to improve workflow and decision making.
• Propose AI roadmap with business value, KPIs, and implementation plans.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled tools integrated with existing systems.
• Improve engineering data quality and accessibility for AI/analytics.
