Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in a product or process development engineering role.
• Demonstrated passion for applying AI to improve engineering workflow, efficiency, or data quality.
• Practical experience with generative AI and large language model tools incorporating into business workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for data analysis, automation, and tool development.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from design to launch.
• Experience with engineering data from test, simulation, or manufacturing sources.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve workflow and decision making across engineering teams.
• Propose AI roadmap use cases with business value, KPIs, and implementation plans; lead execution.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled tools that integrate with existing systems.
• Contribute to engineering data strategy and improve data quality for AI analytics.
• Apply AI/ML to accelerate simulation, reliability analysis, and design validation.
• Scale AI initiatives and measure impact on productivity and time-to-market.
