Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years applying AI/ML tools, GenAI assistants, and intelligent automation to program management.
• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional projects with distributed teams.
• Experience with Lean Enterprise / Agile / Kanban practices and supporting tools.
• Experience with defect tracking applications like JIRA and business apps such as Word, Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Bring strong Technical Program Management expertise with an AI-first vision to accelerate program delivery.
• Support, track and manage complex program execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and manage deliverables across Cisco Security groups.
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management; facilitate good communication.
• Drive day-to-day program activities to meet overall objectives.
• Be self-directed and weigh tradeoffs between engineering resources and improvements.
• Provide weekly updates across contributors to executive management.
• Partner with engineering to plan and deliver AI/ML-powered features with data-driven insights.
