Job summary

The Woodstock Academy in Woodstock, CT is seeking a Technology Integration & Support Specialist to empower teaching and learning by blending instructional technology coaching with hands-on technical support.

You will partner with faculty, staff, and students to embed technology in classrooms, provide professional development, troubleshoot devices and software, and help maintain reliable systems across campus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting instructional technology and IT in classrooms.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and mobile device management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a school setting preferred.
Experience with Canvas, PowerSchool, Mosyle preferred.
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Partner with faculty to integrate instructional technology, AI, and digital learning tools into teaching and learning through coaching, collaboration, and professional development
Provide first-level technical support for faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting devices, applications, classroom technology, and connectivity issues
Support and maintain classroom technology, campus devices, and instructional software to ensure reliable day-to-day operation
Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of computers, mobile devices, and educational technology platforms
Support innovative learning initiatives including coding, robotics, makerspace technologies, multimedia creation, and other emerging technologies
Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate new technologies and improve technology integration and support services across campus
