• Prompt Engineering: Build, test, and refine prompts that get quality output on the first pass, and document the ones that work so others can reuse them.
• Editing: Cut filler and hedging to make every doc clear and correct.
• House Style: Maintain voice, tone, and terminology across all publications.
• Fact-Checking: Verify names, numbers, and claims before shipping.
• AI Workflows: Build repeatable writing workflows to speed up writing.
