• Benchmark shopping capabilities across GenAI platforms and AI assistants.
• Test Sephora agentic commerce experiences and document pain points.
• Build and apply a prioritization framework for GenAI platforms and features.
• Present progress, insights, and recommendations to the Distributed Commerce team and leadership.
