The ideal candidate builds practical project plans, facilitates cross-functional teams, aligns clients with internal stakeholders, and uses modern tools including AI to keep work on time, on budget, and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, consulting, or fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Strong command of project-management fundamentals: timelines, budgets, scope, risk, and stakeholder comms.
• Experience managing digital or technology-enabled projects (websites, CMS, CRM, eCommerce).
• Familiarity with CMSs and working with developers/technical leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, scoped work aligned with objectives.
• Own project health, identify risks, remove obstacles, drive solutions.
• Coordinate dependencies across workstreams, platforms, and teams with discipline leads.
• Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and clients; translate needs into actionable plans.
