• Own the value narrative and outcomes for executive leaders across the data and digital portfolio.
• Translate strategy into an outcomes-based portfolio and roadmap balancing run/operate, regulatory commitments, tech debt, and innovation.
• Build business cases with baselines, KPIs/OKRs, and benefits realization tracking.
• Drive value realization using PAH domain knowledge and AI/LLM technologies.
• Ensure solutions scale as reusable platform capabilities and avoid duplication across the enterprise.
