Job summary

Zoetis, a global leader in animal health, seeks a senior leader to drive the ADS transformation in VMRD. You will lead data engineering, analytics and product management to deliver scalable, compliant data platforms that accelerate discovery and regulatory submissions.

The role requires 8+ years in information/digital roles, 4+ years managing people, and health-science experience is preferred. You will advance governance, FAIR data, and self-service analytics across R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in information, digital, or data technology roles delivering large-scale data and digital solutions.
• 4+ years in people management; 3+ years in health sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, grow, and lead teams across data engineering, analytics, data science, and product management.
• Own the R&D digital strategy and portfolio, prioritizing investments against scientific objectives.
• Define and scale R&D AI and data science strategy with measurable scientific impact.
• Deliver $30M+ R&D data and digital programs with cross-functional execution.
• Own the R&D data and digital roadmap with governance and audit readiness.
• Establish standard data architecture, metadata, and FAIR principles with quality controls.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, and/or equivalent training/experience
