Qualifications

• 0–2 years of communications, digital, political, or data/AI-related experience.
• Maintained competence in AI by testing technologies and staying connected to industry communities in marketing, communications, and advertising.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or monday.com.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with professional use of digital media channels.
• Familiarity with FB, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics or traditional social analytics is a plus.
• Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or other languages is a plus.
• Problem-solving and creativity in internet and digital ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and client relationships for digital marketing campaigns.
• Customize digital and social media strategies to align with client business goals.

• Advise senior leaders on generative AI best practices for campaign strategy, media monitoring, and content development.
• Automate digital marketing workflows, including media clip reporting, audience segmentation, and ad targeting.
• Run day-to-day digital and social media campaigns, including community management, creative execution, and social advertising.
• Analyze emerging and ongoing digital conversations and advise clients on future campaigns.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools based on task, industry, and client need.
