• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of work experience in lieu of degree
• Travel up to 75% for role
• Preferred familiarity with process mapping or modeling tools
• Preferred ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
• Preferred client-facing consulting experience
• Preferred fluency with AI tools and building agents for higher-quality solutions
• Preferred embedding of AI design principles into process specifications

Responsibilities

• We use AI tools across tasks including building low-code proofs of concept and agents
• We analyze client current-state processes, tools, and structures to define a data- and AI-driven future state
• We design future-state process specifications with AI integration points and workforce adoption plans
• We support digital and platform solution delivery across operations
• We build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization
• We develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational tools
• We apply industry expertise to review reinvention designs and playbooks
• We contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• We apply AX Design principles for AI integration including agent behavior and handoffs
• We apply generative AI and agent-based modeling to speed up scenario planning and autonomous decisions
• We define AI-enabled supply chain control towers for real-time visibility and disruption management
• We collaborate with clients to deploy predictive maintenance, digital twins, and intelligent automation
• We translate business challenges into AI/ML use cases and scale solutions enterprise-wide
• We support data strategy, governance, and architecture for AI-ready data across ERP, PLM, MES, and logistics
• We leverage partnerships (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA) to deliver advanced solutions
• We develop business cases and value realization frameworks quantifying AI-driven benefits
• We mentor junior consultants in AI and supply chain transformation
