Job summary

Amazon Photos seeks an engineer to improve experiences across Alexa-enabled devices. You will design and deliver AI-driven features for customer-facing applications on Echo Show and Fire TV, combining rapid development with technical excellence.

You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation and device software engineering, solving complex problems with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality experiences and scalable tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and optimize device application software for Amazon devices.
• Actively participate in code reviews and the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality front-end features.
• Mentor junior engineers through knowledge-sharing and training.
• Lead development of AI-driven photos experiences and improve team processes.
