Job summary

Addition, an AI-native agency based in New York, is seeking a Design Director to elevate the design practice. You will work closely with the ECD to lead the design team, shape the creative direction, and translate ambitious ideas into tangible work that defines the agency.

You’ll operate across brands, products, interfaces, systems and experiences, championing design craft, systems thinking, and human-centered approaches while exploring new AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Around 8+ years of design experience with leadership of major creative work.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar for design with high standards of craft and originality.
• Be the ECD's partner in leading the design practice and shape creative direction.
• Lead the design team day-to-day and translate ambitions into work, culture and capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, strategists, writers and producers.
• Lead clients with compelling presence, defend creative decisions thoughtfully.
