Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining, is seeking a Deployment Engineer in New York. You will lead AI‑augmented delivery, directing Apollo agents to build data models, analyses, and KPIs while applying your judgment to ensure business relevance.

You’ll collaborate with customers’ IT and business stakeholders, translate needs into precise specifications, and drive measurable value through scalable Celonis solutions and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process-improvement consulting.
• Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions including data modeling, KPI definition, and automation.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and writing clear specifications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes and ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate discovery workshops translating strategic objectives into high‑impact Celonis use cases.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and analyses; validate outputs against requirements.
• Build Celonis solutions across the platform and drive value creation with customers.
• Lead adoption workshops, training, and handover to ensure long‑term value.
• Develop domain expertise and translate it into scalable reference architectures.
• Continuously learn and adapt with evolving AI capabilities.
