Job summary
EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead PMO‑driven, Agile product delivery within the Americas OCTO PAD team. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain governance, and coordinate multi‑workstream delivery with product owners and stakeholders.
In this role you will administer Jira, track progress, report metrics, and help refine the product backlog and roadmap to ensure value delivery and timely milestones across cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Project/Delivery leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and governance.
- Advanced Jira & Confluence proficiency including dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Administer Jira boards, dashboards, reporting.
- Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely milestones.
- Support RAID, governance and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile processes.
- Prioritize product backlog with Product Owners.
- Coordinate product roadmap planning and alignment with delivery.
- Refine user stories ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
