Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Data Science/AI Leader in New York to drive end-to-end data science programs, leveraging analytics, ML, and AI to deliver decision-making systems and tangible client value.

You will lead onshore and offshore teams, bridge business and technical domains, and build relationships with stakeholders while guiding sales and mentoring talent in responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Data Science, AI, Analytics initiatives / programs.
• Manage teams both onshore and offshore across Data Science & Machine Learning.
• Bridge between business and technical domains for internal and external purposes.
• Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
• Lead the sales process, originate, and lead sales solutioning for Data Science & ML opportunities.
• Customize Data Science / ML / AI / Analytics models for specific business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams.
• Develop Data Science/Machine Learning / AI talent within the organization.
• Identify AI use cases and develop business cases, ROI, and transformation roadmaps.
