Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an AI & Data Decision Science Consultant to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to create decision‑making systems that drive client value.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, translate business needs into technical models, support sales solutions for DS/ML opportunities, and promote responsible AI adoption. This role requires strong communication and travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics initiatives/programs.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to execute projects.
• Bridge between business and technical domains for internal and external purposes.
• Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships.
• Support the sales process by contributing to sales solutions for DS & ML opportunities.
• Develop and customize DS / ML / AI / Analytics models and solutions for business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture's network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams in sales and delivery.
• Identify AI use cases, build business case, ROI, and transformation roadmap.
• Advise on adoption of responsible AI solutions and governance, training users and tracking results.
