Pliable is seeking a Data Implementation Lead to work directly with customers, transforming siloed data into a coherent source of truth. Your role will involve understanding business needs and designing effective data models.

You'll lead discovery sessions, validate implementations, and ensure customers get actionable insights from their data. This is a full-time position based in Massachusetts, with preference for candidates in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably with BI/data.
• Ability to extract information from business stakeholders.
• Comfortable owning a customer relationship independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery using Pliable's process to shape data plans.
• Drive implementation and validate outcomes layer by layer.
• Stay engaged with customers post go-live for iteration.

Skills

Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals

Ability to design semantic layers or BI data models

Experience in implementation or solutions consulting

Clear communication skills

Comfort with AI-native workflows

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
