Job summary

New Ultimate Billing, LLC is seeking a data/integration engineer to translate legacy schemas into first-pass mapping specs, reconcile field names across systems, and catch data-quality issues before they reach production.

You will design integration strategies, implement ETL pipelines and REST/SOAP APIs to move data into Resolv Core, perform data wrangling, and collaborate with the AI Architect, product, and engineering to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with 5+ years in data/system integration or ETL engineering for complex legacy systems.
• Healthcare/RCM experience preferred; exposure to Practice Management systems.
• Hands-on AI/LLM API use for schema inference, mapping, and data-quality checks.
• Ability to judge the best AI tooling approach.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs.
• REST and SOAP API development.
• Comfortable with JSON, XML, CSV, flat-files, and EDI formats.
• Data modeling and mapping-spec authorship.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI security practices.
• Cloud integration platforms; Azure stack is a plus.
• HL7/FHIR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of integration strategies connecting systems to our central platform.
• AI-accelerated mapping and data quality using AI/LLM tools for schema mapping and anomaly detection.
• Data modeling and mapping from PM systems to our AI platform.
• Design and build ETL processes and REST/SOAP APIs moving data into Resolv Core.
• Data wrangling: cleanse, structure, and enrich source data for the target format.
• Pave the path where no playbook exists for poorly documented legacy systems.
• Reliability: monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues.
• Collaborate with AI Architect, product, engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Documentation: maintain data models, mapping specs, and pipeline configurations.
