Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a quantitative field or a Master's with relevant experience, plus 5 years (or 2 years with a Master's) of analysis and coding using Python/R/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Frame and solve ambiguous product problems and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, and Research partners and influence prioritization with data.
• Define success metrics and quality frameworks for multi-step and conversational AI experiences in Search.
