You will set strategy, elevate technical excellence, and collaborate with product, engineering, and research stakeholders globally.

You will mentor talent, champion responsible AI, and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and retrieval systems across research and clinical domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data science teams in a complex tech or scientific domain.
• Ability to translate business and research challenges into scalable data science solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, engineering, research, and domain experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of data scientists, ML engineers, researchers, and contributors.
• Define and execute data science strategies that advance scientific discovery and research intelligence.
• Drive AI capabilities across search, retrieval, NLP, and knowledge systems; leverage generative AI.
• Translate complex customer and scientific challenges into scalable data science solutions with measurable impact.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, UX, Analytics, and domain experts to shape strategy and delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members while fostering rigor, collaboration, and continuous learning.
